Due to the nature of this thread, 2 vs 1, there are some rule adjustments that will be put into place. Valefor will be granted an additional 100 HP as well as 2 Actions per post which can be placed upon either of the opponents. As for Hawke and Valasan they must still abide by the general rules.

Freya Eroan

26+ years old. occupation. Rogue. Camila Costa.

Ayy everyone! I’d really love to find someone who was interested in playing my boy Rak`han’s sister, Freya. c:

I’ll provide all the information you need to know below when considering this adoption but it a pretty open ended and hopefully lax application! If you find you are interested in potentially adopting her please do not hesitate to contact me through PM or even on Discord, I’m Craig inside the TTAM Discord chat. <3

Firstly the only requirement of adoption;

Please be active with her. If you fall inactive I hold the right to reclaim her and put her back up for adoption. I will not take her from you if you keep in contact with me, just please let me know if you are facing some real life things that are preventing you from posting! However, even in this case, if you miss more than 2 Activity Checks then I will take her back no matter what as I am hoping to involve her in some future plots with her brother.

Character Information;

I am very lenient about what you would like to do with her History, outside the required bits, and Personality! I want you to be able to have fun with her and actually wish to roleplay her with me and other players.

I do require that you make her, at the very youngest, 26 years old in the current year (9:41). I am also open to you suggesting a face claim other than Camila Costa. However, whoever you offer cannot be white and must be a POC woman who looks as though she could be related to Rak`han.

PM me if you have any questions about anything. <3

Required History;

In her earlier years she is taken, alongside other members of the Eroan clan, from the Dales by some Tevinter Slavers and is promptly sold into slavery when they reach Tevinter months later.

She is kept in Tevinter for an unknown amount of time, the time frame is up to you but I would like to see it at a 3 year maximum.

Eventually she escapes, how she goes about it is up to you, and she is able to make a new life for herself.

Once she is free of Tevinter you have full control of her future! Feel free to toss me some ideas if you want my opinion on your plans! Personally I would love to see her run off towards the Qun but that is not a requirement.

In regards to Rak`han;

Within the first year the two of them would have lost track of each other in Tevinter after being sold to different people. This results in their knowledge of status unknown on if the other is dead or alive and provides an explanation for why Freya would not have tried to remove her brother from slavery as well.

I am open, should her future provide her with such tools, to Freya finding a way to know Rak`han still remains in Tevinter and is very much alive. As long as it works into what life she has been given!

So yeah! I think that’s about it. If you have any ideas or interest in Freya just PM me here on the forum or shoot me a message on discord!

Universal Fight Conduct

Should an encounter turn into a fight the terms must be stated at the Top of the post even if the outcome is predetermined OOC. The Player(s) involved must then voice their consent to the terms as this is the only way an outcome can be upheld as all involved have shown and acknowledged the consequences presented.

Term Examples: Spar, Enslavement, Death-match, etc.

Consent Examples: Terms Acknowledged or anything along those lines

Any posts that are involved in a type of fight is allowed a total of One Action per post. Please refer to the Action Rubric for the Action Types available.

Towards the one action per post rule there will be a very small leeway granted towards small defenses being included within an attack post. Should the Dice System be used no Hit Points will be granted back unless the full action is put towards Defenses.

The Action chosen for the Character must be detailed at the Bottom of the post. The information required is the action type, the action itself, and any injuries obtained. Please refer to the template example below.

Type – chosen action

Example: Attack

Action – detail the chosen action

Example: Shot a fireball at Character’s chest

Injuries – detail damages obtained

Example: Deep laceration on left leg, hinders movement

As a note, in threads that have a predetermined outcome you are welcome to edit the above template to contain only Defense, Attack, and Injuries. That way you layout the important details of your post in an easy to read manner for your partner.

When performing an Action please take into consideration the Character’s chosen Class to ensure the fight remains as realistic as possible when pitting such individuals together. We encourage creativity when performing an action but please use common sense and play into the Class when dealing damages and defending against them.

When taking Damage please show what affects it holds against your Character and do not display them acting as if nothing is wrong unless there is a reason behind it due to their Specialization. An example would be a Reaver who only fights with more ferocity the more injured they become. Even then you must reference the injuries and how they have drawn out the nature of such a Specialization.

If a Player holds any question on how an injury should be perceived from any form of attack do not hesitate to ask one of the Fight Moderators – they will be more than happy to assist.

In threads involving any sort of fight it is common courtesy to allow the other player a week to respond before making the judgement to allow for a second attack. This implemented time frame will help to keep the fight moving. The only time the time frame will be wavered is if all Players involved in the fight agree they do not want to put a time limit for posting.

Leeway will be granted only if one of the Player’s involved has made an Absence announcement in the proper locations. It will be noted that should a roll already have been performed in a fight using the Dice System or in a fight using the Time Frame the amount of time already passed will be subtracted from the granted week. So at the end of the Absence only the remaining days will be granted.

Example: A roll or previous post was made on January 1, Absence was posted on January 3 with a return date of January 15. 2 days have already passed so on January 15 the Player will have till January 20 to post as they have 5 days remaining of the granted 7.

Dice System

The Dice System is designed to be used within the area known as the Colosseum were Non-Canon, as well as Canon, fights may occur.

This system is available for a General Fight outside of the Colosseum should it be requested by one of the Players involved. Should a General Fight occur where no Player involved asks for the Dice System to be implemented they will still be held responsible for following the Universal Fight Conduct rules.

Should a Player not wish for the Dice System but still wish for a Fight Moderator to judge the fight without bias to determine a victor just tag one of the Fight Moderators and they will be happy to assist. Please refer to the section of Determining a Victor for more information.

When the Dice System is involved with a fight one of the Fight Moderators will make a roll using a D20 dice to determine the Success or Failure of the chosen Action after each Player posts. Once the roll has been made the other Player has a week to post as stated in the Universal Fight Conduct rules.

Should a week pass without a post from the Challenging Player then they will be skipped and a predetermined 15 Hit Points will be deducted and the fight may continue with the Acting Player being granted a Second Action against the one who failed to post.

The outcome of a Player’s chosen action will be taken out of a D20 roll. Look to the Roll Rubric to know what each number value indicates as well as the amount of Hit Points will be taken away or protected by any chosen action.
Determining a Victor

Dice System

Should the Dice System be used all Characters involved will start with a total of 100 Hit Points each. Over the course of the fight Hit Points will be subtracted and added to their overall totals depending on the success of the chosen actions on each side.

When using the Dice System there are two types of Challenges available, each of which determine the Victor in a similar fashion.

Round Fight – At the end of Round 5 the character with the most remaining Hit Points is determined to be the Victor.

Elimination Fight – When one Character’s Hit Points are reduced to 0 they are determined as being unable to continue the fight and the Victor will be the one who remains standing.

In an Elimination style fight a Character is considered to be “Bloodied” or “Appear to be in a bad way” when they reach 30 remaining Hit Points. At this time the Character will be granted Disadvantage on all their rolls. Please see the Roll Rubric for more information regarding Disadvantage.

Judgement System

Should Players determine they do not wish to use the Dice System in a General Fight thread but do want the fight to be overlooked by a Fight Moderator the Victor will be decided with unbiased opinion.

With these types of fights it will be asked that it functions as a Round style fight in order for judgement to take place in a timely manner. This means there will be a total of 5 Rounds, 5 posts per Player, where a Player takes damages as seen fit. When filling out the Action Template at the bottom of each Post the Player should be as detailed as possible in each field, especially the Injuries section.

At the end of Round 5 a Fight Moderator will read through each of the posts to ensure the rules of the Universal Fight Conduct were followed. While doing so they will be looking at the Actions taken, Damages dealt, and Injuries obtained with how each comes into play upon each Character

Each Fight Moderator will discuss the potential with one another before a conclusion is reached to ensure it is a fair choice. When a conclusion is reached the Fight Moderator will post to the thread stating who the chosen Victor was with their reasoning behind the decision.
